Lolwe Auctioneers are licensed to hold Public Auctions in any part of Kenya. We can therefor either conduct the Public Auction at your premises (on site), at our Auction Yard after having ferried the goods from your premises, or at any other designated Auction places available.

Option of Buying your Old, obsolete and Used items

Clients may not wish to participate in the rigorous activity of staging, advertising costs, witnessing and in inuring expenses transporting the same to the Auction yards and my opt to sell the same at reserve prizes to us due to constraints and the logistics involved we may offer to buy the assets on a willing buyer willing seller basis.We then would resell the items at our scheduled Public Auctions at our convenient.

Our Fees for Public Auctions

For every  Public Auctions held by us,  our fees is regulated by the scales as stipulated in the Kenya Auctioneers Act and rules applicable on the proceeds of sale after the Auction and has to be agreed upfront between the owner of the items.
